Privacy Policy

BTNanda Clinic ("the Clinic", 빛이난다의원) handles the personal information of visitors to btnanda.com under the Korean Personal Information Protection Act.
This policy covers the website only. Information collected during treatment is explained to you and consented to separately at the clinic.
This is a translation. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version applies.
1. Information we handle and why

The website has no forms for booking or consultation. Booking buttons and the Naver Booking, KakaoTalk and WhatsApp links take you to those services, and anything you enter there is governed by their own policies.
2. Cookies and how to refuse them
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. The Clinic uses cookies for visit statistics (Google Analytics) and to keep you signed in.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- To block only Google Analytics, install Google’s opt-out add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
- Blocking cookies does not stop you from reading the website. Only the sign-in to view reviews will not work.
3. Processors and transfers outside Korea
The Clinic uses the companies below to run the website. Their servers are outside Korea, so information is sent over the network when you visit.

Google Analytics does not store IP addresses, and the Clinic has set it not to share this data with Google for advertising.
If you do not want your information transferred, you can block cookies or Google Analytics as described in section 2. Transfer through hosting is required to load the website and cannot be refused.
4. Sharing with third parties
Apart from the processors in section 3, the Clinic does not share personal information with third parties, except when required by law, such as a request from investigative authorities.
5. Deletion
Personal information is deleted without delay when its retention period ends. Electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered.
Visit statistics may remain only as totals that cannot identify anyone.
6. Your rights
You may ask at any time to see, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal information. Contact us using the details in section 8 and we will respond without delay. A legal representative or someone you authorize may also make the request.
The Clinic does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
7. Security measures
- All traffic to the website is encrypted with HTTPS.
- Access to the visit statistics dashboard is limited to the fewest people needed.
- Sign-in information is not stored on the Clinic’s servers.

10. Changes to this policy
This policy applies from November 3, 2026. Any changes will be posted on the website at least 7 days before they take effect.
